REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We basically do not provide any return, refund and exchange, unless with necessary considerations, following with our terms and condition. No return, refund and exchange is allowed once you have placed your order to us in any platform, also none are allowed if it is based on interests, e.g. not suitable, do not suits your taste or any changed of mind at all, given necessary details we have given for each of items. Orders placed cannot be cancel for any interests or change of mind reasons.

Refund

We do not provide refund, unless the item is damage and there is no other way to re-stock the particular item or no other solution, then refund is allowed, following the terms and condition. No refund will be entertain for interest reason.

Return and Exchange

Return and exchange is only allowed for defective items/wrongly send items/faulty items within 7 days from the date you received your parcel, given that error is from us and the items are still unworn, unaltered and in its original condition with no defect at all. Items which are found to be defective or faulty from production, we will re-send new stock or same value item to the customer.

Delivery Cost For Return and Exchange

We will bare the delivery cost from the customer and to the customer only for items which the error has found to be from us.

Additional Information

Strictly no refund, return and exchange before informing and comes to an agreement with us. If you directly ship the item to us, please arrange to get the item back by using courier/necessary way. We will also not entertain any refund, return and exchange due to what you feel is not the same from the site/pictures, please allow a slight differences (if any) due to screen, lighting and production differences. Items purchased for promotion and sales is not refundable, returnable and exchangeable at all. We have all the rights to refuse any direct or indirect return, refund and exchange to us without any confirmation or notice from us.

Flablissa reserves the right to modify and change the Refund and Return Statement at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our site.
