• No refund, return and exchange once order is placed and processed unless there is any out of stock or error from us. Read our policy here.

• Postage is within 1-2 working days after payment is received and clear. After postage, delivery service depends on the courier.
• We use Flash, Poslaju, JNT, Pos Malaysia and few other substitute courier. We will inform you the tracking after postage.

• In the event of any typographical error, we have the rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed with refund.
